Do you offer custom work?

Yes! To request a custom piece, there is a  non-refundable fee of $100 that goes towards research and design work. If you decide to go through with your custom piece, the $100 will be credited towards your final total and your custom piece must be paid in full before it is created. Please reach out to me via email At CarissaMooreStudio@gmail.com or Instagram @CarissaMoore.Studio for further questions. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your custom piece to be created. 

 

How do I find my ring size?

Reusable ring sizers are available for purchase. Unfortunately, I do not offer resizing of finished pieces. 

 

When will I receive my jewelry?

Jewelry listed on the website are made ready to ship. Please allow 1-4 Business day for your order to be shipped. If you have asked for a piece to be recreated that is not longer in stock, please allow for up to 1-5 weeks for your jewelry  to be created depending on the piece. If your piece requires more time we will reach out to you via email. Actual delivery will then depend upon shipping chosen at checkout and postal service estimated delivery.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns or issue refunds at this time. Although if there are damages we will work towards creating a new product to send in exchange. 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at CarissaMooreStudio@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

How do I care for my Jewelry?

-Make sure to remove Jewelry before showering, bathing or swimming.

-Make sure to remove Jewelry before applying lotions, creams and perfumes etc.

-Store jewelry in air tight containers when not in use
